Before You Start 'ROCKIN' in the New Year...What's Your 'RESOLUTION'?
"New Year’s resolutions have been around a long time. Some of us make them half-heartedly, some of us do it with great purpose. Few of us actually achieve our goals by the end of the year. Maybe it’s because making resolutions just after the holidays is particularly bad timing, what with our tendencies to overindulge, overspend, and generally let the chips fall where they may. Or maybe it’s because we are completely 'unrealistic' or entirely too vague with our resolutions. The good news is that even some of the worst resolutions can work if we eliminate broad statements and boil them down to specifics.
This New Year I won't make any resolutions since I often break them anyway. I will write and follow 'Guidelines' and how I can streamline my 'to do' list. Then 'Get Real' about it rather than that thing you only do if time permits... Just imagine the world that we could create if we all committed to doing everything in our power to change the world? Isn't it only natural that we aren't achieving what we wish for -- Peace On Earth, if we aren't resolving to achieve it? No matter how small, each and every one of us has the power to make a difference. "Individually, we are one drop. Together, We Are An Ocean..."
This year and for the years that follow: Resolve to 'change' the world. If we don't resolve to change it for the better; there are surely those among us who will change it for the worse...Paint the picture of what you want your life to look like and do it. DO IT! DO IT! "2016" is THE YEAR OF 'DOING and 'ACHIEVING!'

It was a banner year of doom, gloom and digital boom from selfies, to spying, bombings and prying, to shutdowns to strikes...
We'll have bevy of ways to ring in the New Year and try to make our resolutions highlights us. We need to perfectly fit us with new venues with no glitches that could be wishful thinking in so many ways. Let's beat the odds, ready to depart on our past misfortunes and mistakes, open our hearts and Welcome an 'EPIC' Year of astonishing successes in our faith, work ethics and 'Making A Difference' in changing people's lives. Let's balance and fine tune our way of life, toast and kickoff a New Year of incredible victories in our family life, in our inspiring work, and keep our 'faith stronger' and enjoy life with a lot of zest, 'unconditional' love and cap it with unlimited possibilities...not forgetting to be 'Thankful' and 'Grateful' for a 'Well-Lived' and 'Blessed' God-Given Life..." ‪#‎HappyNewYear2016‬ ‪#‎CountOurBlessing‬

But most of the changes take place subtly and slowly...

Day by day, minute by minute, second by second we went from where we were to where we are now. The lives of all of us, of course, go through similar alterations and changes. The difference between the changes in my life and the changes in yours is only in the details. 'Time' Never Stands Still; it must steadily 'March On', and with the marching come the 'Changes'...

This is our One and Only Chance at Mortal Life—here and now... The longer we live, the 'greater' is our realization that it is 'brief'. Opportunities come, and then they are gone. I believe that among the 'greatest' lessons we are to learn in this short sojourn upon the earth are lessons that help us distinguish between what is 'important' and what is not. I 'plead' with you not to let those most important things pass you by as you plan for that illusive and nonexistent future when you will have time to do all that you want to do..."

My Family and Friends, my sincere prayer is that we may 'adapt' to the 'changes' in our lives, Despite these changes which come into our lives and with 'gratitude' and 'love' in our hearts, may we fill our days—as much as we can—with those things which 'matter' most. May we 'cherish' those we hold 'dear' and 'express' our 'love' to them in word and in deed...That we may 'realize' what is most 'important', that we may 'reflect' our 'Gratitude' always and thus find "Joy in Our Journey".
