"GREATNESS and 'SUCCESS' don't just come without any application of 'hard work', plain and simple. It is great to dream, and to hope for better in your life, but until you are willing to give your 'all' to something, greatness will not be able to arrive.
In society it is ideal for someone to work hard at a job from 9 to 5, and eventually be given a position that justifies their stability and dependability instead of how hard they will actually work.
It is important to be 'dependable', but it is most important that we are willing to Dream 'BIG DREAMS', Dreams that may scare us, and work hard at fulfilling these 'huge' dreams that scare us. Without hard work, we still may be able to grow, but to become most 'polished', we have to 'desire' and 'will' ourselves to work the hardest..." Remember: "Never let an 'OBSTACLE' Stop 'YOU' from moving forward, there is always a way to get past anything put in front of you..."
